Carved wooden altar set

Hand-carved by students and masters at the Zorig Chusum (Institute of the 13 Arts). Pieces range from small offering bowls to full altar sets with seven bowls (tshog-du), butter lamps and protective deities. Genuine pieces are made from local chir pine or deodar cedar. Ask for the artisan's name — it should be inscribed on the base.
