Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BhutanGlory ("Service") operated by TalkyTools (BhutanGlory) ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. What BhutanGlory is

BhutanGlory is a directory + inquiry service that connects international travelers with verified Bhutan tour operators, hotels, guides, transport providers, restaurants, products and experiences. We do not sell or process any travel bookings ourselves. Any contract for travel services is between you and the provider you choose.

2. Account and access

Most of BhutanGlory is browseable without an account. You must be at least 18 to submit an inquiry. Providers who list with us must hold a valid Department of Tourism (Bhutan) licence and accept the provider terms communicated during onboarding.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't violate any law or third-party right.
• Don't reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
• Don't submit fake inquiries, spam reviews, or impersonate others.
• Don't use BhutanGlory data to compete with the Service.

4. No booking, no payments

BhutanGlory does not take payments, handle bookings, or hold money in trust. All deposits, balances and refunds are arranged directly between you and the provider. See our Refund & Booking policy for details.

5. Verification + trust score

We verify each provider's licence number against Bhutan's Department of Tourism registry before listing, and assign a HIGH/MEDIUM/LOW trust score by analysing public-review patterns. Verification is a good-faith check — we cannot guarantee any provider's behaviour and you should still apply normal travel caution.

6. Intellectual property

The BhutanGlory site, including its design, code and editorial content, is owned by TalkyTools (BhutanGlory) and protected by copyright. Provider information sourced from public registries remains the work of those entities. You retain ownership of content you submit (inquiries, business listings); you grant us a licence to host and display it solely to operate the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or remove a listing for breach of these Terms, fake reviews, or unresolved traveler complaints. You may delete your inquiry data at any time by emailing us.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee uptime, the accuracy of provider information, the authenticity of every review, or the outcome of any trip you book with a provider you found through us.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalkyTools (BhutanGlory)'s liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to INR 1,000 (or USD equivalent) — reflecting the fact that the Service is free for travelers.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here at least 30 days before they take effect.
