Beautiful property with warm staff. Room 214 had a perfect view. Breakfast buffet had good variety including continental options.

Lovely place. Bed was a bit firm for my taste but everything else was great. Try the ema datshi at dinner.

Stayed 3 nights. Hot stone bath was a highlight — book ahead, they only have 2 bathtubs. Airport pickup right on time.

Good value for a mid-range heritage-style stay. Wi-Fi in room was patchy, fine in lobby.

Front desk helped us arrange a last-minute driver after ours cancelled. Above and beyond. Would return.

Property is beautiful. Service was slow at breakfast on our busy morning. Management responded promptly when I mentioned it.

Felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Staff remembered our names. That detail matters.
