Bukhari is the signature restaurant at Uma by COMO in Paro, but is open to outside guests with reservation. The circular dining room wraps around a central bukhari (wood stove) and offers panoramic valley views. Menu rotates seasonally. A full à la carte and multi-course tasting menu are available. Reservations essential.

Book in advance. Food was elegant, wine list solid. Ambience is the real draw — that bukhari in the middle of the room.
